I’ve taken Prozac and I’ve taken Citalopram, and more recently I’ve taken Amitriptyline.

I’ve had different reactions to different medications. Prozac and Citalopram were kind of opposites. Prozac made me feel very tired and kind of zombie-like and made me lose loads of weight, and I couldn’t cry for the whole time I was on it.

And Citalopram made me feel like my body was very fidgety and funny.

I wanted to receive information about the subjective experience of taking the medication. They didn’t tell me anything when they gave it to me, I just had to learn from the pamphlet which came with the medication.

It would have been good to feel like the doctor knew a lot about it, and had seen people take it, and had information about it.
